Risk factors include tobacco use, heavy alcohol use and human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.

Do's and Don'ts
- Be physically active and exercise regularly.
- Eat Fruits and Vegetable.
- Routine Physical Examination.
- Do not smoke and avoid drinking.
- Do not be exposed to intense sunlight.
- Avoid second hand smoke exposure.
- Avoid spicy, fried, preserved, processed and junk food and hot beverages.
- Get at-least 7-8 hours of sleep.
